肺淋巴瘤的影像学表现 被引量：4

摘要 肺淋巴瘤可以原发于肺组织,亦可为其它组织的淋巴瘤转移或侵犯所致。影像学检查对此病的早期诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。本文根据始发部位和病因的不同,将其分为原发、继发和免疫缺陷相关的肺淋巴瘤等三大类,并结合病理分型,侧重影像学表现对肺淋巴瘤的每一类型进行介绍。
