摘要
对5种柑桔基本种的花粉蛋白和4种宽皮桔的叶片蛋白进行血清学分析的结果表明:以本地早为代表的桔类较葬山野柑进化,而酸橙、柚、柠檬则较原始;在莽山野柑和莽山野桔之间,异源沉淀带和与同源沉淀带和的比率为40%。可以判断两者为亲缘关系较远的类型,从而为国际上争论未决的柑和桔的分类同题提供了植物血清学灼依据。
The pollen proteins of 5 citrus main species and 4 leaf proteinsof Loose Orange were studied by Serology. The results show that tangerine presented by Bendizao is more evolved than Mangshan Wild Mandarin and SourOrange, Pemolo, Lemon is more primitive; it is deduced that Mangshan WildMandarin and Mangshan Wild Tangerine belong to different types from theirratio of heterogenous and homogenous precipitation bands-40%, thus a serolo-gical evidence is provided for the classification of mandarin and tanaerne whichstill remains debate in international citrus reserches.
