摘要
目的 :探讨激光照射对细胞遗传的影响。方法 :采用830nm半导体激光照射小鼠免疫器官 (脾区 )后检测精子形态及腹腔巨噬细胞、胸骨骨髓细胞微核率。结果 :发现小剂量激光照射引起精子畸形 ,大剂量照射除引起精子畸形外还可引起腹腔巨噬细胞、胸骨骨髓细胞微核率的升高。结论 :某些剂量的激光照射会对细胞遗传产生影响 。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of laser on cell genetics. Methods: To treat mouse spleen with 830nm semiconductor laser, then observe the shape of sperm,the micronuclei rate in peritoneal macrophagocytes and bone marrow erythrocytes were observed. Results: Low power treating may deform the sperm,while high power not only deform the sperm but also rise the micronuclei rate in the macrophageocytes and erythrocytes. Conclusion: Some dosage laser treating may have effect on cell genetics,please think highly of the safety in using process.
