摘要
目的 :探讨视觉诱发电位和视网膜电图联合测定对诊断白内障继发青光眼术后视功能预测的价值。方法 :对 6 8例白内障继发青光眼患者术前测定视觉诱发电位 (VEP)及视网膜电图 (ERG) ,术后 1周检查视功能。结果 :ERG和VEP与患者术后视功能有较高的一致性。结论 :白内障继发青光眼术前行视觉电生理联合测定对选择术式及预测术后视功能有较高的价值。
Objective:To study the value of combine examination of visual evoked potentials (VEP) and electroretingrams(ERG) in prognosis of visual function after operation in glaucoma following cataract.Methods:VRP and ERG were examined in 68 cases with glaucoma following cataract before operation. Visual function were obtained 1 week after operation.Results:There are high anastomosis between VEP,ERG and visual function after operation.Conclusion:The combining examination of VEP and ERG in glaucoma following cataract have great value in selecting operation mode and forecasting visual function.
