摘要
研究表明糖皮质激素在脑内具有广泛的作用 ,它能调节下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴的平衡 ,参与学习记忆过程、调节心血管活动和神经系统的发育、成熟和凋亡等。过高或过低浓度的糖皮质激素将对大脑产生不良影响。糖皮质激素在脑内的作用机制有经典的基因组机制和快速的非基因组机制。糖皮质激素作用的发挥除受到血浆糖皮质激素水平、糖皮质激素代谢酶和结合蛋白的调节外 ,还受靶细胞内 ,皮质激素受体类型的影响。
Glucocorticoids(GC) are essential for many brain functions. They play critical roles in the development, maturation and apoptosis of neurons, learning and memory, and the balance of hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis. The classical genomic and the rapid non-genomic mechanisms are involved in the GC effects mentioned above. Moreover, the effects of GC on their targets are determined by the following factors: circulating GC level, corticosteroid-binding-globulin, GC metabolizing enzyme 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase as well as the differential distribution of GC receptors.
