摘要
在中型半连续鼓泡床反应器上 ,评价了用空气作氧化剂 ,环烷酸钴作催化剂由邻二甲苯液相氧化生产邻甲基苯甲酸的工艺条件对产物收率的影响。结果表明最佳的工艺条件为 :1 3 0℃、0 .2 5MPa、空气流量 0 .8m3 /h、反应时间 5h,邻甲基苯甲酸单程质量收率为 4 3 .2 %。
This paper presents the production method of otoluic acid from oxylene by liquidphase oxidation with air in the presence of cobalt naphthenate as catalyst. On a semicontinous pilot plant, such as temperature, pressure, air flow rate and reaction time on the yield of otoluic acid were investigated. The results showed that there are optimum reaction temperature, pressure, and time with respect to the yield of otoluic acid. At the reaction conditions of 130 ℃, 0.25 MPa(gauge), air velocity 0.8 m 3/h and reaction time 5 h, the yield of otoluic acid yield is 43.2%.
