摘要
用气泡塔分步结晶器的模拟装置,对从乙烯副产焦油中分离和提纯精萘的工艺条件进行研究。结晶的适宜条件为鼓气速率90~120L/h,降温速率1℃/min,结晶时间40min;发汗过程的操作条件升温速率为0.4C/min,发汗时间35min。气泡塔分步结晶法比简单结晶法效率高、能耗低。
A laboratory apparatus of bubble column was used to study operating conditions for separating and purifying naphthalene from ethylene by-product tar- It was shown that the appropriate operating conditions are nitrogen gas rate of 90~l20 1/h, cooling rate of 1℃ /min. and crystallizing time of 4O minutes for crystallization, and heating rate of 0. 4 ℃/min and sweat time of 35 minutes for sweating.The present method has higher efficiency and reduced energy consumption than ordinary crystallization.
