降凝剂BEM降低原油凝点的机理探讨 被引量:26

An Investigation into Pour Point Depressing Mechanisms for Chemically Treated Crude Oils

摘要 研究了从大庆原油和冀东原油分离出的蜡 (含 2 %相应的胶质 )用降凝剂BEM处理后X射线衍射图的变化和几种原油经降凝剂BEM处理后蜡晶尺寸的变化及加剂原油经析蜡高峰区的泵剪切后蜡晶尺寸的变化。X射线衍射数据证实降凝剂通过共晶作用改变蜡晶的结构。蜡晶尺寸的变化说明 :降凝剂使原油的蜡晶变大 ,进而降低原油的凝点 ;剪切破坏蜡晶的结构是剪切引起原油凝点上升的主要原因。 The relative intensity of main X ray diffraction peaks and corresponding lattice spacings are determined for PPD treated Jidong and Daqing wax fractions with 2% resin added. The Daqing crude is badly conformable to PPDs owing to some resin consitituents. The PPD used is a commercial one(BEM). On the basis of analyzing notable changes in lattice parameters of PPD treated wax it is ascertained that cocrystallization of paraffines with PPD is the main factor in pour point depressing mechanisms for crude oils. Microscopic studies show that crystalline graines of increased size are formed in PPD treated crude oils(hence lead to depression of pour point) and at intensive shearing can be desintegrated into small active pieces which form stronger network and this results in increasing pour point.
