摘要
原史坝长江穿越裸露管束三根管道安全运行 1 8年之后 ,相继出现破漏 ,为满足四川合江地区供气的需求 ,重新建设了坝榕线长江穿越工程。该工程经方案论证 ,设计正确地选择了穿越断面、敷设方式、管身结构、稳管措施等 ,体现了安全可靠、经济合理 ,方便施工的基本原则。竣工、试运验收结果表明 ,该工程投资省、工期短、效益好 ,是近几年工程项目管理 ,质量、投资控制好 ,见效最快的工程项目之一。
To meet the gas supply for He Jiang Prefecture in Sichuan,based on summarizing sucessful experience and failing lesson,the project,crossing of Yangtze River at Ba Rong,was built.After demonstrating many plans,optimal cross sectional area,laying plan pipeline body structure,pipeline stabilizing measures were chosen.The project design embodied such basic principles as safely,reliability,economic rationality and easy construction.After completion,test run and ecceptance test,as it turned out,with less investment,shorter construction time and better benefit,the project is one of projects with the best management,the best quality,the best investment control and the fastest coming into operation in recent years.
