摘要
报道一种新型浮阀———滑动阀片笼罩式喷射浮阀。应用空气 水系统 ,在 6 0 0mm× 2 5 0mm矩形塔内 ,对阀片厚度 3mm的滑动阀片笼罩式喷射浮阀塔板的流体力学进行了试验研究 ,给出了冷模试验结果、与通常使用的F1浮阀塔板性能的对比和塔板流体力学性能的计算关联式。试验结果表明 :滑动阀片笼罩式喷射浮阀塔板的各项流体力学性能均优于F1型浮阀塔板。操作弹性大 。
Hydrodynamic behavior of a float jet valve with slipping plate cage (the thickness of the valve plate was 3mm) was tested using air water system in a 600 mm×250 mm rectangular column. The experimental data of the said float tray were compared with those of the conventional used F1 valve tray, and the results showed that the former was better than the latter in various aspects of hydrodynamic performance. The said float jet tray could be operated in a wide range, which was especially suitable for low gas velocity. Equations for calculating the pressure drop, weeping and entrainment of the said tray were proposed.
