摘要
鉴于以往某些电厂灰渣浆泵送系统在设计时扬程选择 (即管道阻力计算 )过高 ,与实际运行的工况点偏离太大 ,有些甚至导致泵的振动、电机过负荷、不能正常运行等情况 ,现就其原因进行分析 ,以便供设计者在今后的设计中借鉴 。
When designing the mortar pumping system for some power plants,the lift selected(pipeline resistance calculation)used to be very high,and deviated much from the actual performance.Some even resulted in the vibration of pump,over current of motor,and could not function normally.This paper analyses reasons for this problem,so that designers can draw lessons from it in their future design and avoid similar error.
