摘要
介绍了双金属榨轴的水玻璃砂型铸造工艺 ,并适当地调整了白口铸铁榨螺的化学成分及对其进行变质处理。生产出的双金属榨轴的各项性能指标均已达到或超过预定要求。
The silicate bonded sand molud casting technique on the twin metals squeezing axle was investigated,the chemical composition of the white cast iron squeezing screw was adjusted suitably and was modified.Properties of manufactured twin metals squeezing axle had achived or surpassed to fixed requirements.The results have been applied in production practice.
