摘要
在室温下用溶胶 -凝胶 (sol_gel)法制备了WO3_SiO2 复合薄膜 ,通过改变氢气体积分数、催化剂浓度及热处理温度等实验因素 ,对薄膜的气致变色性能进行了测试 .实验结果表明 ,将铂以K2 PtCl4 形式掺入WO3_SiO2 混合溶胶中进行提拉成膜 ,经适当的热处理后可以获得性能稳定且具有良好气致变色性能的优质薄膜 .
The composite thin films of WO 3_SiO 2 were prepared by the sol_gel method at room temperature. By changing the volume fraction of H 2, the concentration of catalyst and the temperature of heat treatment, the colorimetric properties of the gasochromic thin films were tested. It is indicated that the gasochromic films doped with K 2PtCl 4 catalyst exhibit good colorimetric properties and stable performance with proper heat treatment.
