摘要
将回转头压力机在板料冲裁时的工作负荷图转化为动载荷谱 ,并由此获得其幅频谱 ,最后以2 0 0min- 1 工作速度下冲裁 2mm厚的板材为典型工艺 ,采用模态叠加法计算了压力机的动态响应并作了分析。
Working load charts of sheet punching of the CNC turret press have been changed into dynamic load hence amplitude versus frequency response characteristics obtained. The dynamic response on a typical process of punching with working speed of 200 min -1 of sheet with thickness of 2mm has been calculated by model superposition method with comprehensive analysis on its dynamic characteristics.
