摘要
介绍了地价指数在国外的研究进展 ,并对国内在此领域的研究进行了分析 ,找出了在可操作性、编制模式、样本配置、信息源等方面存在的不足 .提出在地价指数研究中要因地制宜构建完整的地价指数体系、加强对地价样本配置的理论研究、正确认识地价信息源、严格进行地价修正与检验。
This paper briefly introduces the development of the land price index research abroad, analyses the research in home on the field, and finds out the shortcomings on operability, organizing pattern, sample layout and information sources. Futhermore, it suggests that the land price index system should be set up integrally according to local conditions, more attention should be paid to the study of layout on land price samples, the source of land price information, should be realized rightly the land price should be strictly corrected and justified, and land price indexes should be calculated scientifically.
