摘要
本文通过阐述自然资源的形态，经济地位及资源的优化配置问题，说明应通过经济手段加强自然资源的宏观管理，从而达到优化配置使其造福人民的目的。
The essay, through exposition of formation,economic po sition and optimal allocation of natural resources,shows that the desired optima l allocation can be obtained to benefit the people by means of economic measures to tighten up the macro-management of natural resources.
