摘要
对偏转磁芯所采用的铁氧体材料的磁滞损耗特性进行了分析 ,得出了磁滞损耗功率与频率、磁通密度和温度的经验公式。对磁滞回线中涡流的影响进行了分析 ,得出在目前应用的偏转频率下 ,磁芯损耗中磁滞损耗占主要部分。根据经验公式 ,对计算磁滞损耗的方法和在计算温度分布中的应用进行了介绍。
The hysteresis loss characteristics of the ferrite material used in deflection yoke rings were studied. An empirical formula describing the dependence of the power of hysteresis loss on frequency, magnetic flux density and temperature was derived. The influence of the eddy current on the hysteresis loop was also discussed. Our results show that under the deflection condition, the hysteresis loss dominates the total loss of yoke ring. The empirical formula can also be used to evaluate hysteresis loss as well as the temperature distribution of the yoke ring.
