摘要
反渗透法生产纯水是近几年一项在国内逐渐推广并日臻成熟的水处理技术 ,目前上海炼油厂反渗透装置的运行基本正常 ,但在某些细节问题上有待进一步优化。下文从反渗透运行中微生物污染这一细节入手进行分析 ,并对活性碳过滤器、杀菌措施、膜的清洗等相关工艺方案提出改进措施。
Reverse osmosis is a proven water treating process which has been widely used for producing pure water these years in China. The reverse osmosis unit in Shanghai Refinery has been running smoothly and some aspects of operation needed to be optimized. The improvement measures were proposed for active carbon filtration, sterilization, film washing processes etc.
