摘要
利用电偶极辐射和狭义相对论的有关公式。
Using some relevant formulas of radiation and the special theory of relativity,the author leads us to the effect formula and the law that the density of electromagnetic energy current received by moving objects varies regularly with the speed of a body in motion.
