摘要
在Bloor和Ingham建立的旋流器内流场计算模型的基础上 ,按流体质点运动轨迹的分析方法 ,建立了双锥水力旋流器的迁移率计算模型并编制了计算程序流程。用这种模型计算旋流器的迁移率不需用实验数据拟合待定参数 ,避免了实验误差的影响。迁移率的计算结果与Thew的实验数据相比 ,在不同的流量、分流比和物性参数下 ,两者均能吻合 ,表明计算模型比较实用、可靠。这种计算模型可用于预测旋流器结构参数发生变化时的迁移率。
Based on the Bloor and Ingham's model for calculating the internal flow field of cyclones, a model for calculating the migration probability of two-cone hydrocyclone is established by means of analysis of the locus of fluid particle. According to this method, all the undetermined parameters can be determined without fitting them to experimental data. The calculated results generally accord with Thew's data at different flow rates, split ratios or fluid properties. This proves the calculation model is practical and reliable, and it can be used for predicting the migration probability of cyclones with changed structural parameters.
