摘要
低温冰箱保存虫种可以代替传统的动物接种方法。以甘油作防冻剂,1640小牛血清作营养液,-80℃低温冰箱冷冻保存伊氏锥虫至一年,仍保持原有的浓度及毒力,接种小白鼠后第3天出虫,第6天死亡。
Instcad of prescrving Trypanosoma evansi by animai inoculation in tradition, We can preserve it in low temperature refrigerator of -80℃ by using the nutrient solution of 1640 powder medium with FBS and freezing resistancc of glycerinum now. It can maintain original concentration and poisonous power of Trypanosoma evansi about more than 1 year, Trypanosoma was discoved at the 3th and Mices dlied at the 6th after mice inoculation.
