摘要
目的 :探讨急性脑卒中偏瘫早期康复护理的疗效。方法 :将 16 4例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组 ,康复组 76例进行系统的康复护理 ;对照组88例未进行康复护理。采取简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分 ,改良Barthel指数于初期、末期 (6周 )评定两组患者。结果 :早期康复组患肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力均明显提高 ,两组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :早期康复护理可明显促进患肢运动功能恢复 ,降低致残率 ,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To discuss about the result of early convalescence nursing about acute cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia Method:164 cases were divided randomly into two groups;76 cases in convalescence group,88 cases in control group without convalescence nursing,measure patients in two groups with Fugl-Meyer motive function measuring method and Barthel index at initial stage and ending stage,statistically analyzed with t test Result:Early convalescence nursing group show improved motive function and daily living ability with signifant difference(P<0 001) Co^nclusion:Early convalescence nursing can improve patients function,improve daily living ability
