摘要
代表最广大人民的利益是贯穿于江泽民同志“三个 代表”重要思想当中的主线和灵魂。在党诞生八十周年的时候 ，从党的性质，“三个代表”的目的和归宿，从党领导广大 人民八十年革命和建设的伟大实践来论述党的先进性，对于加 强新时期党的建设，坚持党的领导，把社会主义现代化建设 事业不断推向前进有着重要意义。
To represent the interest of the broadest masses of the people is the main line and key spirit among the “three incarnations”put forth by pres ident Jiang Zhe－ming.At the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC),it is of great significance to discuss,in respect of CPC's quality,of the objective of “three incarnations”,of the people's eighty year s'revolution and construction practice under the leadership of CPC,the advanced quality of CPC in strengthening its leadership and construction in the new epoch ,in steadily pushing forward the socialism modernization and construction.
