培养创新型人才 ,是高等教育改革的目标和发展的方向。综合国力的竞争 ,归根到底是人才的竞争 ,中华民族能否实现伟大的复兴 ,关键在于我们能否培养出一大批高质量的创新型人才。高等教育肩负着重大的历史使命。
It is a object and the direction of development of higher education innovation to train innovation talent. The competition of integration national power in the final analysis is the competition of talent. It is a key that we train a large numbers of innovator talent, whether the Chinese people can accomplish great revival. Higher education undertakes a greatly historical mission. The paper discusses how to establish the scheme of training innovator talent in university.
