摘要
简单的介绍了13-4丙稀酸聚氨酯磁的组成及特点,和现在执行的汽车油漆涂层标准(JB/zm—86)。通过对漆膜的各种性能测试及对比实验,论证了该漆种用于超微型汽车玻璃钢车身表面的可靠性;同时也叙述了该漆在自干情况下喷涂在玻璃钢车身表面的工艺流程和施工中需注意的问题。
This paper introduces briefly the constituents and characteristics of 13-4 acrylic polyurethane enamel and the paint coating standard abided by currently, proves the reliability of the application of this paint in the glass fibre reinforced plastir body surface of ultramicro-autocar and at the same time describes the technological processes of this treatment, as well as some points for attention.
