摘要
目的 探讨X线检查在诊断黄韧带骨化症中的作用。方法 对 5 6例黄韧带骨化症的X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果 黄韧带骨化症X线特征为多节段受累、胸腰段多见、多为连续性、多合并后纵韧带骨化。结论 X线检查对于防止漏、误诊和定位在诊断黄韧带骨化症中有其特殊的地位。
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of radiograph for ossification of the ligamentum flavum. Methods Radiograph examinations of 56 patients with ossification of the ligamentum flavum were retrospectively analysed. Results Ossification of the ligamentum flavum has the radiologic features: multiple levels, lower thoracic spine, continual and with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. Conclusion Radiograph is of great importance to the diagnosis of ossification of the ligamentum flavum. [
