摘要
从鸡胆汁中提取胆红素尚无报道．本文用溶剂萃取法从鸡胆汁中提取胆红素,收率为0.008%,经提纯,纯度可达90%以上,具有一定的经济效益,为胆红素开辟新来源.
A simple, rapid solvent extraction method for isolation of bilirubin from chick bile has been reported for the first time. The yield is 0.008%. Purity can reach more than 90% after being purified.Tht can find a new resource for bilirubin.
