摘要
应用健脾补肾法治疗声带小结120例，总有效率为91．67％，与金嗓散结丸治疗组30例（总有效率90.0％）作对照，疗效相似。并提出声带小结中医辨证为“痰浊凝聚”，其病机为脾肾两虚，水湿代谢失调。治疗本病应重视辨证论治，有瘀血证而无出血倾向者以金嗓散结丸为主，无瘀血证而脾肾亏虚者，以健脾补肾为主。
Differentiation of small nodes of vocal code is accumulation of sputum and turbid. The etiology of it is deficiency of Spleen and Kindney, disharmony of water and dampness.Therapy on differentiation is the key to treat this disease. Blood stasis syndrome without hemorrhage can be treated mainly by Jin Song San Jie pills. No bloodstasis syn drome with deficiencyof spleen and kidney can be treated mainly by strengthening spleen and torifying kidney.
