摘要
目的为观察自制新型中药“金喉雾化剂”治疗慢性喉炎的疗效。方法对202例病人按1：1比例随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组，均行超声雾化吸入，每天1次，疗程18天。结果治疗组治愈率为16．83％，总有效率为97.03％；对照组治愈率为9．90％，总有效率为83．17％，两者差异有显著性意义。治疗组中30例患者的“基频微扰”、“振幅微扰”、“声门噪声”等项声学参数的计算机分析也客观地评价了治疗后嗓音质量的提高。药理实验表明：该药具有良好的抗炎、抑菌、化痰和改善微循环作用，且安全可靠。结论研究表明：“金喉雾化剂”是治疗慢性喉炎的疗效显著、无副作用的新型中药雾化剂。
A new traditional Chinese medicine 'Jin Hou' aerosol inhalation made by ourselves was used to heal chronic laryngitis,202 patients were randomly divided into curative group by traditional Chinese medicine and control group with 1: 1. All of them received the treatment of ultrasonic aerosol inhalation once daily. The course of treat ment was 18 days. Results: the cure rate of the curative group was 16. 83%, while total effective rate was 97. 03%. The rate of the control group was 9. 9% and 83. 17% respec tively. The difference between two groups was significant. The computer's analysis of a coustical parameter such as jitter, shimmer and NNE also objectively evaluated the im provement of thirty patients from the curative group. Pharmacological experiments indi cated that 'Jin Hou' aerosol inhalation had good effect in antiinflammation,bacteriosta sis, reducing phlegm and improvement of microcirculation and was reliable and safe.Conclusion: 'Jin Hou' aerosol inhalation is a new traditional Chinese medicine for chronic laryngitis which has a good curative effect and no side effect.
