摘要
本文分析了耳鼻咽喉科中、西医各自的优势，认为西医的优势在于辨病及外科治疗，中医的优势在于建立在整体观基础上的辨证及以中药、针灸、推拿等整体调节为主的治疗方法，因此，在诊断方面的中西医结合应将西医辨病的优势与中医辨证的优势结合起来，一方面开展对经西医明确诊断的疾病运用中医传统方法进行辩证分型的研究，另一方面应在众多的现代检查方法中寻找辩证的客观指标，以解决临床上“无症可辨”或“有症难辨”的问题，将传统的辨证提高到一个新的水平；在治疗方面应着眼于将手术疗法与中医疗法有机结合起来，以形成具有中西医结合特色的治疗体系。
In this paper, the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine in otorhinolaryngology were analyzed. We considered that superiority of Western Medicine was in differentiating diseases and surgical opera tion, but superiority of TCM was in differentiating ZHENG and the therapy of TCM such as Chinese materia medica, acupunture and massage. It was suggested that in diag nosis we must integrate differentiating diseases and differentiating ZHENG which in clude studies about ZHENG differentiation classification in the definitely diagnostic dis eases by Western Medicine and about objective targets of differentiating ZHENG; in treatment we may integrate surgical operation and the therapy of TCM so that a new therapy system with distinctive integrated TCM-WM features will be formed.
