摘要
本文报告自1980年5月至1994年6月间共进行各种胸壁骨架缺损重建27例的治疗经验。缺损最小者2×3.5cm,最大者横跨胸腹部达23×25cm。应用带蒂肌瓣移植者13例,绦纶片或绦纶钢丝复合体9例,有机玻璃1例,人工胸壁置换3例。全组无手术死亡,无术后移植物移位或感染,结果满意。作者对胸壁重建术的基本原则,重建材料的选择和存在的问题进行了讨论,并重点介绍了作者等研制的人工胸壁复合材料的优点,用此材料行胸壁置换术3例获得成功的经验。
From May 1980 to June 1994 , there were 27 cases of reconstruction for the chest wall defects treated in our hospital. The defect area ranged from 2.0×3.5 to 33×25cm2, the largest defect located across the chest and abdomen. Pedicled muscle flaps transplantation were used in 13 cases, compound of terylene and steel wire 9 cases, organic glass 1case, prosthetic chest wall 3 cases.In this paper, The basic principle and the Selection of materials for reconstructions and remaining problems are discussed. The authors emphasize the advantages of the prosthesis made by themselves. three cases of operation with artificial chest wall replacement had been achieved successfully.
