摘要
近１０年我们为１２例食管烧伤高位瘢痕狭窄病人行结肠移植，咽下食管斜切口吻合。男４例，女８例。年龄５～６５岁。食道钡餐见颈段入口处呈漏斗状，其下呈不规则线状全食管狭窄。病程半年至两年半。术前行胃造口、食管扩张或深静脉输注营养液。结果：吻合口瘘１例，换药两周治愈，全组无手术死亡。术后随访１０年生存１９例，全部进食良好，无吞咽困难。
n recent 10 years,we performed esophagocolonstomy on 12 patients with stenosis of ceryical esophagus caused by chemical bum.There were 4 males and 8 females.Their age veried from 5 to 55 years.The were admitted to our hospital 6 months to 2 and half years after the incidence of chemical bum,Barium esophagogram demonstrated funnel shaped upper orifice of the esophagus and irregular linear stenosis of the whole esophagus.Esophageal dilation to improve the passge of food,gastroctomy for tube feeding and deep intravenous infusion of nutrients were done for nutritional support before operation.There was no surgical mortality.Anastomostic leakage occurred in 1 but healed 2 weeks,Ten years follow-up found that all 10patients have no symptom of difficulty in swallowing.
