摘要
采用空肠系膜血管吻合，施行空肠移植术修复各种类型的食管缺损１４例。１４例均采用左侧颈横动脉与肠系膜动脉吻合，颈外静脉与肠系膜吻合。游离空肠移植１３例，游离空肠片移植１例。全组无手术死亡，移植的肠管全部成活。本文就手术适应证，手术技术要点进行了讨论。
Jejunum autotransplantation and vascular anastormosis was carried out in 14 cases for the reconstruction of various type of esophageal defects,The Mesenteric artery was anastomosed to the left cervical tranverseartery in all cases.The mesenteric vein was connected to the external jugular vein in all cases,Vascular anastomosis was performed to supply additional blood to the isolatod jejunum in 13 cases,to the isolated jejunum piece in 1 case,There was no operative death in this series,All of the autotransplanted jejunum survived,The indication for this procedure and the key points for the surgical technique have been discussed.
