摘要
为了对非特异性溃疡选择最佳物理疗法,我们进行了动物实验.结果表明第一组愈合最快;第二组次之;第三组最慢.统计学检验两种治疗方法皆优于对照组,而两种方法比较无显著差异。病理改变:3组家兔造成溃疡的范围相似而组织愈合第一组最完善;第二组次之;第三组较差。160例临床疗效分析,104例应用He-Ne激光照射痊愈率73.8％;56例应用紫外线照射痊愈率42.8％,统计学处理前者优于后者(P<0.05),故氦-氖激光对该病效果最佳.
For the purpose of selecting the best therapy for nonspecific ulcer an experi-mental study on rabbits was performed. 30 rabbits were divided into 3 groups, The first groupreceived He-Ne laser irradiation, the second group received ultraviolet irradiation, and thethird group received no treatment. The results revealed that the ulcers of the first group ofrabbits healed most rapidly, in average of 15.4 days; the ulcers of the second group healedless rapidly, in a mean of 17.9 days, and the ulcers of the control group healed slowly, in63.3 days averagely. The difference between the treatment with He-Ne laser irradiation andthe control is statistically significant (t=11.28;P<0.001). The difference between the treat- ment with ultraviolet irradiation and the control is also statistically significant (t=10.13;P<0001). The difference in curative effects between the treatment with He-Ne laser andwith ultraviolet irradiation is not statistically significant (t=0.732; P<0.2). Pathologicalexamination revealed that the healing tissues of the first group were complete, and those ofthe second group were less complete and those of the third group were relatively poor. 160cases of nonspecific ulcer were randomly divided in to 2 groups. 104 cases ulcer were treatedwith He-Ne laser irradiation and 56 cases were treated with ultraviolet irradiation.The healingrate of the former was 73.08% and of the latter was 42.86%. The difference is stati-stically significant (P<0.05). Thus He-Ne laser irradiation is superior to ultraviolet irradia-tion in the treatment of nonspecific ulcer.
