摘要
以COE(VCR,CTX,V_(p16))和COPP(CTX,VCR,PCB,PDN)方案治疗71例晚期小细胞未分化肺癌(SCLC)。COE组32例,其中CR17例,PR11例,S3例,P1例,有效率87.5％。COPP组39例获CR9例,PR17例,C9例,R4例,有效率为66.6％。两方案比较COE优于COPP方案(P<0.05)。
Seventy one cases of advanced small-cell lung cancer were treated with COE, (VCR, CTX, and VP 16 ) program and COPP (CTX, VCR, PCB, and PDN) program. The results showed that of the 32 cases in the COE group, 17 cases had complete remission (C R); 11 cases had partial remission (P R); 3 cases had been stadilized (S); and one case had progressed (P). The total rate of effectiveness was 87.5% of the. 39 cases in the COPP program, 9 cases had CR; 17 had PR; 9 cases had S; and 4 cases had P. The total rate of effectivenes was 66.6%. In comparison, the former was more effective than the latter.
