摘要
本文在1986~1990年试验观察基础上,探讨了河南省夏大豆花荚脱落规律及其与子房和胚珠发育的关系:(1)夏大豆不同节位花荚脱落率的纵向分布为有限结荚习性品种自下而上逐渐降低;无限结荚习性品种中部脱落率最高,这与春大豆无限结荚品种自下而上逐渐增加的结论不同.(2)同一花序不同花位花荚脱落率的横向分布明显地表现为自下而上逐渐增加.(3)开花后3~9d,花荚最易脱落.对脱落花荚解剖观察表明,此时的子房长、宽和胚珠长、宽分别为3.1~8.0,0.81~2.00,0.51~1.10和0.36~0.60mm.(4)定量表示花荚脱落高峰期,无限结荚品种为盛花后3~20d,有限结荚品种为盛花后5~19d.为减少花荚脱落,应在脱落高峰到来之前,补充和改善植株营养.
The law of flower-pod shedding and the relation between the Shedding of flower-pod ahd development of ovary and ovule in Summer soybean were Studied on the basis of experiments from 1986 to 1890.The results were as follow. ( 1 ) the Shedding rates gets lower from bottom to top in the plant in limited podding varieties, but in no-limited. (2 ) In the different flower position of the same inflorescence, the shedding rate of flower-pod is geting higher from first to last obviously. ( 3 ) the dissection to the shedding flower -pod indicated that the lenghth and width of ovary and that of ovule at the time when flower-pod is most likely to shed were 3.1 ~8.0mm, 0.81~2.0mm, 0.51~1.1mm and 0.36-0.60mm respectedly, that was third day to ninth day after the blooming of flower. ( 4 ) At Henan province, the peak stage of flower-pod shedding were 3rd to 20th day after full blooming stage in no-limited varieties, and 5th to 19th day after full blooming Stage in limited uarieties.
