摘要
本文测定了250头不同年龄黑白花奶牛血清钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ga)、磷(P)及硷性磷酸酶(ALP)五项生化指标,受试动物分为6个月至2岁及3至6岁二个组.结果依次为K5.34±1.02和5.23±1.14mEq/L,Na119.7±17.1和137.5±20.5mEq/L,Ga5.24±0.73和5.21±0.89mEq/L,P4.17±0.84和3.05±0.62mEq/L.ALP19.92±5.3和7.76±2.9金氏单位.经统计学处理.K,Ga组间差异不显著,Na,P及ALP差异极显著.文中讨论了年龄对这些指标的影响.
This paper determines five biochemical indexes of serum K,Na,Ca,P and ALP of 250 cows whose ages were from six months to six years. The animals were dividtd into two groups which were six months to two years and three to six years. The results are K 5.3±1.02 and 5.231±1.14, Na 119.7±17.1 and 137.5±20.5, Ca 5.24±0.73 and 5.22±0.89, P 4.17±0.8 and 3.05±0.6 mEq/L,respectively ALP is 19.92±15.31 and 7.75±2.92 unit. The difference between means of Na, P and ALP of two groups is statistically significant. Effect of age on the indexes is discussed.
