摘要
采用喷射成形技术制备了高性能过共晶Al Si系高强耐磨铝合金、Al Zn系超高强铝合金和Al Fe V Si系耐热铝合金。对材料的组织、性能进行了初步研究。
High strength and wear resistant hypereutectic Al Si alloy, ultrahigh strength Al Zn alloy, and heat resistant Al Fe V Si alloy have been produced by spray forming process. The microstructure and mechanical proterites were primarily studied. The applications of high property Al alloy in many countries were also introduced in this paper.
