摘要
根据实体截面轮廓封闭性、连续性的特点 ,利用多边形特征点能自动判别轮廓内外边界。对加工参数选择进行研究 ,确定光斑半径补偿 ,并根据轮廓直线的转接情况自动计算出烧结中心轨迹 ,得到了精度较高的原型坯件。
It gives a method that can automatically recognize the inner and outer boundary of parts by their outlines characters. Based on the data processing it can determine the radius of laser beam, and automatically calculate the orbits of the sintering center according to the boundary of the parts, and the precision of parts is made better.
