摘要
在简述冲床电气传统继电器——接触器控制方法存在问题的基础上，指出了对其进行 PLC控制的必要性。对 JH23－ 63型冲床新旧两种控制方案进行了全面深入的分析，并建立了 PLC硬件接线方案和梯形图。在实际中成功地完成了该冲床的 PLC控制。
： On the basis of briefly expounding traditional relay－ contactor control method of the punch press electrical appliances, necessity with the PLC control for punch press is pointed out. PLC control properties of two kinds of control scheme for JH23－ 63 punch press electrical appliances are comprehensively and thoroughly analyzed. Hardware wiring diagram and ladder diagram for the punch press PLC are established .In the light of above studies, PLC control of the press is successfully accomplished in practice.
