摘要
利用数理统计的基本理论和方法，建立了可靠度置信区间的数学模型，给出了在一定置信水平下基于截尾分布的可靠度置信区间的计算公式，为基于截尾分布的可靠度计算在实际工程中的运用提供了依据。
In this paper, the model of confidence region of reliability is built on the basis of mathematical statistics Formula of confidence region of reliability of cutting off- tail distribution is given which provides the theoretical basis for actual use.
