摘要
作者调查了河南省85个实验室的10项试验常规条件下的变异(RCV),大部分实验室的RCV符合或接近推荐值,少数偏离此值。在85个实验室的10项试验中,血钾最大的RCV值是最小值的31.8倍,血钠为298.3倍。过大或过小的RCV值均失去控制试验质量的意义。因此采用大于推荐值RCV的实验室,必须尽快查找原因减小试验误差,使RCV降至推荐值水平以内,推荐的RCV值也不是理想的数值,即使达到推荐值水平,仍需要继续减小误差,使实验质量不断提高。
Routine codition variance (RCV)in clinical chemical tests carried out in 85 laboratories of exter-nal quality assessment was reported in this paper. The values of RCV in most laboratories approximatedthose of the RCV recommended by National Center of Clinical Laboratory. The values of RCV in fewlaboratories were higher then those of the recommended RCV. In this survey, the maxinum RCV ofserum potassium was 31. 8 times as high as the mininum RCV,Serum sodium was 298. 3 times. Theoverhigh or over low values completly lose their significance of quality control for the results of analy-sis. So the laboratories adopting the values of RCV much higher than those recommended should try tofind the causes,lessen the errors in the tests,and get the RCV to be within the limits of the recomendedRCV.
