针刺“足三里”对大鼠血浆睾酮、双氢睾酮含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用针刺实验模型加选择性切除肾上腺和或睾丸的方法,观察了电针“足三里”对成年雄性大鼠血浆睾酮、双氢睾酮含量的影响。本实验共分4组,结果表明:动物在摘除双侧睾丸加肾上腺3天后,血浆睾酮水平均值较手术前下降了89%,而切陈睾丸或肾上腺后,动物血浆睾酮亦有不同程度地下降。电针45min后,对照组及肾上腺切除组的血浆睾酮水平均较刺前有显著提高(P<0.001),而切除睾丸或合并切除肾上腺的动物,睾酮升高没有统计学意义(P?0.05)。此外,电针对提高血浆中双氢睾酮含量的作用亦十分显著,除睾丸加肾上腺摘除组外,其余三组血浆双氢睾酮在电针后均有显著性提高(P<0.05)。上述结果提示:电针对成年雄性大鼠血浆睾酮、双氢睾酮含量的升高具有明显的促进作用。在电针过程中,睾丸对睾酮升高起主要作用,而肾上腺的存在对睾酮的含量亦有部分影响。 52rats (Wistar, Male, 250--350g) were divided into 4 groups; (1) BTA (bi-lateral testectomy + adrenalectomy) group, (2) BT (bilateral testectomy) group,(3) BA (bilatral adrenalectomy) group, (4) SO (sham operation group. EAwas done at the bilateral'Tsusanli' point of each animal at the 72nd hour afteroperation. The radioimmunoassay was used to measure the contents of T and DHTin the femoral vein blood. T and DHT of each animal were measured at threedifferent times: before operation, 72h after operation and after EA. Results sho-wed that the comtents of T in BTA and BT groups decreased significantly atthe 72nd hour after operation. After EA the contents of T in BT and SO groupsincreased significantly (P<0.01), but increased slightly in BT group (P>0.05).It was found in all animals that contents of DHT was significantly elevated 45min after EA began. It can be concluded that T (from testes and adrenal) andDHT rose markedly after EA. It is suggested that EA may be used to improvethe hypogonadal condition.
