摘要
目的对复发性鼻息肉鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效进行评估。方法总结４３例复发性鼻息肉界内镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果４３例复发性鼻息肉在鼻内镜下均能彻底清除，无严重手术并发症；术后鼻腔、鼻窦得到充分引流。随访期＞６个月者３８例，其中治愈２５例，好转８例．无效５例，有效率８６，８４％。结论复发性鼻息肉的鼻内镜手术治疗是一种比较有效的方法，视野清晰，可以减少严重并发症的发生，加强术后随访、清理鼻腔和综合治疗是提高临床治愈率的重要因素。
Objective To evaluate endoscopic surgery for recurrent nasal polyps. Methods Forty - three patients diagnosed as recurrent nasal polyps after conventional polypectomy underwent endoscopic sinus surgery between December, 1997 and June, 1999. Of the 43 cases, 38 were followed up for over six months. Results The polyps were cleared away completely through endoscopic surgery in all the patients with no significant complications. Postoperative endoscopic examination showed that all the operation cavities recovered satisfactorily. Twenty - five cases were cured, 8 were improved, and 5 were ineffective. The effective rate was 86. 84%. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is a valuable way to treat recurrent nasal polyps. It can help reduce the occurrence of serious complications of the operation. Important factors to increase the clinical cure rate include potoperstive follow - up, settlement of the nasal cavity and systematic treatment.
