摘要
目的 总结三房心的临床表现、诊断要点及外科治疗经验。方法 10例三房心患者,年龄6个月～27岁,体重5.9～63kg,均于体外循环下手术,彻底切除纤维肌性隔,合并其它畸形者一并矫治。结果 手术死亡2人。存活病人康复顺利,随访6个月～5年,无并发症发生。结论三房心有较严重的血流动力学改变,明确诊断即应手术治疗。病人术后及远期效果俱佳。早期诊断及合并畸形的治疗是降低死亡率的重要因素。
Objective To review the clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and the experience of surgical treatment of cor triatriatum. Methods Ten patients with cor triatriatum, aged 6 mon to 27 yr, weighting 5. 9-63kg, were performed operations under extracorporeal circulation. Fibromuscular membranes were resected completely and associated anomalies were repaired. Results Two patients died after operation. All survivors had an uneventful recovery. No other complication occurred during six month to five year follow up. Conclusion Cor triatriatum has serious changes of hematodynamics ,such as pulmonary congestion, pulmonary artery hypertension, and pulmonary venous obstruction. Operation is necessary if the diagnosis is clear. The patients generally have an excellent postoperative and long-term result. Early diagnosis and repair of associated anomalies are of importance in reducing mortality.
