摘要
鉴定结果表明:黄瓜枯萎病菌属于尖孢镰刀菌黄瓜专化型(Fusariumoxysporoum f sp cucumerium)。主要侵染黄瓜,也可以侵染西瓜和甜瓜,但发病较轻;不侵染冬瓜、丝瓜、葫芦和西葫芦。用4种药液灌根防治黄瓜枯萎病,以“三合一”药液防治效果最好,达90.1%,每亩增产44.98%,其他药液灌根也有防病效果。4种药液处理对黄瓜品质有所改善。以“三合一”处理较好,糖、氮比为7.39:1。
The formae speciales of the pathogen of cucumber wilt are identifiedFusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumber.It mainly infects cucumber,andinfects watermelon and muskmelon slightly.No infection is found to wax go-urd,towel gourd,bottle gourd and pumpkin.Four kinds of fungicide wereused to control cucumber wilt,among which“Thiram+Tuzet+Copper sulf-ate mixture”is the best.Its control effectiveness is 90.1%,with a yield in-crease 44.98% and quality improvement.
