Mn-V热处理双相钢中的Bauschinger效应——背应力、瞬时软化、不匹配应变的关系探讨

摘要 为了进一步弄清双相钢中的 Bauschinger 效应、背应力、Bauschinger 应力(瞬时软化)、有效不匹配应变之间的关系,以及应变时效的影响,对各种状态的Mn-V 热处理双相钢进行了拉—压试验;结果表明:该钢具有极明显的瞬时软化和相当数量的永久软化。448°K 的应变时效可使瞬时软化消失,但永久软化仍然存在;测量了变形双相钢试样中的矫顽力各向异性,并表明这一物理量的大小与背应力有关;讨论了背应力、永久软化、Bauschinger 应力、有效不匹配应变之间关系。 To clarify the Bauschinger effect bebavior in a dual phase steel and the relationship between the back stress,the Bauschinger stress(transient softening)and the effective misfit strain as well as the influence of strain ging on it,tensin-compressin tests were carried outusing Mn-V dual phase steel in various conditions.This steel hows extremely large transientsoftening and considerable amount of permanent softening.The strain aging at 448° asbeen found to diminish the transient softening but to remain the permanent softening.Theanisotropy in magnetic coercivity in plastically deformed specimens was easured and hasbeen considered to be related with the long range internal stress(back tress).The relationshipbetween the back stress,permanent softening,the Bauschinger stress nd the effective misfitstrain are discussed.
