采用不同湍流模型及差分格式对四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉内冷态流场的数值模拟 被引量:45

摘要 采用商业软件 FLUENT所提供的不同湍流模型 ;K-ε模型、RNG K-ε模型、带旋流修正的 RNG K-ε模型、Realizable K-ε模型、雷诺应力模型 ,对四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉内冷态气相流动进行了数值模拟。为减小数值伪扩散对强旋流动的影响 ,本文采用了减小网格尺寸和提高差分格式精度等措施。通过与实验结果的对比分析 ,客观评价了这些模型与方法对该流动模拟效果的影响 ,为理论分析强旋湍流流动和对四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉内流体流动的工程设计提供了参考依据。图 5参 Different turbulence models provided by commercial software FLUENT, which include K ε model, RNG K ε model, RNG K ε model with swirl modification, Realzable K ε model, Reynolds Stress model, have been used to simulate the strong swirl flow field in tangentially fired boiler. To reduce the influence of the numerical diffusion on the computational results, some measures, such as decreasing the grid size and increasing the order of the discretization scheme, have also been used. The qualitative agreement between computational results and experimental data has been achieved. However, three are obvious quantitative differences. The results obtained with Realizable K ε model and QUICK scheme have a littel better concord with the experimental data than that with other models and discretization schemes, respectively.
