摘要
目的 :观察宁血愈疡合剂治疗消化性溃疡并出血的临床疗效。方法 :采用完全随机对照 ,设宁血愈疡合剂治疗组及洛赛克胶囊对照组各 32例 ,观察两组止血时间 ,对临床症状的改善情况、溃疡愈合疗效、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的清除率及 1年复发率。结果 :治疗组止血时间长于对照组 ,但其 1周止血疗效及 4周 Hp清除率、溃疡愈合疗效均与对照组相当 ,且改善临床症状优于对照组 ,Hp 1年复发率低于对照组。结论 :宁血愈疡合剂是治疗消化性溃疡并出血的效佳、安全、价廉的药物。
Objective:To study the efficacy of Ningxue Yuyuan mixture for treating peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:64 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32) treated with Ningxue Yuyang mixture 150 ml twice daily for 4 weeks and control group(n=32) treated with Losec 20 mg daily for 4 weeks.To observe the stop bleeding time,improvement of major clinical symptoms,healing rates of ulcer,H.pyloric eradication rate and relapse rate of two groups after one year. Results:The stop bleeding time of treatment group was longer than one of control group.But its stop bleeding efficacy of 1 week,H.pyloric eradication rate of 4 weeks and ulcer healing rate were close to control group.It was superior to the control group on the improvement of major clinical symptoms and lower than one of control group on the H.pyloric recurrence rate after one year.Conclusion:Ningxue Yuyang mixture is a highly effective,safe and cheap medicine for the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
