摘要
目的 :观察盐酸格拉司琼联合地塞米松的止吐效果。方法 :对 57例接受顺铂化疗的患者 ,随机分为两组 ,即单剂盐酸格拉司琼和盐酸格拉司琼加地塞米松组 ,采用交叉对比的方法 ,比较单剂盐酸格拉司琼和盐酸格拉司琼加地塞米松联用的疗效。结果 :单剂盐酸格拉司琼对呕吐的完全控制率为68.5% ,盐酸格拉司琼加地塞米松联用则为 87.7% ,两组比较差异显著 ,P <0 .0 1。结论
Objective To study the anti vomiting effect of granisetron combined with dexamethasonum.Methods Fifty seven patients received cisplatin chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,granisetron group and granisetron with dexamethasone group.Cross contrast was used to compare the effect of granisetron and granisetron combined with dexamethasonum.Results The complete control rates of acute vomiting were 68.5% in granisetron group alone,and 89.4% in granisetron plus dexamethasonum group ( P <0 005),there was statistically different.Conclusions Granisetron combined with dexamethasone can remarkably improve the efficacy of control of acute vomting induced by cisplation.
